The slot canyons are the best part. Towards the half way point towards the top of the mountain was brutal and its not for the faint of heart. Please follow the cairns they will help navigate you towards the top portion of the hike. Proceed with caution, since its steep and the rocks are sharp. If anything else, have fun.
